How billing works.

What counts as a voice minute?

Any audio call connected to a Vocal Bridge agent — inbound, outbound, or web — counts toward your monthly minutes. We round up to the nearest minute, matching standard voice-billing conventions.

What happens after I hit my included minutes?

Nothing breaks. You just start paying the per-minute overage rate for that tier. Overage is metered through Stripe and shows up on your next invoice. You can upgrade plans any time to get a lower overage rate.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing portal. Pro-rated changes are handled by Stripe.
